March 4, 2014I always go, if i feel attacked.. ‘I’m not okay with the way i your talking to me. i want to hear what you have to say, and i need you to do it in a way that works. I’m curious whats going on with you and i want to invite you to get honest about whats going on in your experience. -he/she does that.- oh word, I’m hearing this and this and this are going on for you.. wow, i can imagine how that wouldn’t feel good. either take the feedback, or if it doesn’t land based on what I feel i did, i go, and that doesn’t feel like what i have been doing, if i for whatever reason am simply not realizing that, Then i apologize for that. but i don’t feel that is what is going on.
